How the pieces fit
Credit repair fixes the report. Counseling and debt management fix what feeds it.
A credit report only tells the story of how you have handled credit. If it contains mistakes, credit repair corrects them. If the real issue is too much debt or a budget that never balances, consumer credit counseling and a debt management plan deal with the cause, so the score has room to recover and stay up.
That is why we look at both sides from the first conversation. Fixing a report while the balances keep climbing is a short-lived win, and paying down debt while errors drag your score is slower than it needs to be.

Who we help
People in every kind of credit situation
Credit problems are often unavoidable. These are the situations we see most:
- Getting ready to buy a home. Your middle score decides your rate. See credit help for home buyers.
- Denied or offered a high rate. A car loan at second-chance interest, or a card application turned down.
- Errors you did not make. Mixed files, wrong balances, duplicate collections, accounts that are not yours.
- After a hard stretch. Job loss, illness, divorce or a business that did not work out.
- Identity theft. Accounts opened in your name that now sit on your report.
- Too much debt to juggle. High balances, high interest and payments that never seem to shrink.

Common questions
Before you call
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Start with a free 15-minute credit analysis by phone at (972) 458-9100. Once we have your merged three-bureau report, we walk you through every negative finding in a free one-on-one consultation. The only cost at that stage is the credit report fee paid to the credit agencies: $36 for an individual three-bureau report or $60 for a couple. Single bureau reports are $25, and the LexisNexis report is free.
Do you work with clients outside Dallas?
Yes. Our office is in North Dallas on Campbell Road, and we work with clients across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Highland Park, University Park and Southlake. Most of the work happens by phone and email, so you rarely need to visit.
What is the difference between credit counseling and credit repair?
Credit repair focuses on your credit reports: finding and disputing inaccurate items. Credit counseling focuses on the money side: budgeting, a plan for your debt, lower interest where possible, and the habits that keep your score up. Most of our clients need some of both, and we handle both under one plan.
How much does it cost?
Getting started costs only the credit report fee: $25 for a single bureau, $36 for an individual three-bureau report, $60 for a couple, or $75 for our single report package. The analysis itself is free. Pricing for any work after that depends on the condition of your report and how much it needs, so we quote it after the analysis, and you get a written explanation of the services and their cost before you agree to anything.
